Please appreciate that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I'm usually unable to fill that appointment slot. As a courtesy, I always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 48 hours and 24 hours before, so please notify me immediately if you are unable to make the appointment. I require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the service cost. For no shows there will be a 100% charge of the service. Of course, I do appreciate that there are emergencies that cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.
